To perform the adrenaline dodge, whilst holding down L1 (lock on) and the Enemy is charging and quite close, press Circle (dodge) whilst moving the left analogue stick to the left or right. Lara will then jump to the side and the gameplay will slow down. When the two aiming reticules meet in the middle and turn red, press R1 (shoot) to perform a headshot. Timing of this is critical, if you do it too late you will be attacked and the dodge cancelled, too early and you may miss your opportunity to perform the headshot.
